Field and Project Engineers with The Delaney Group handle an assortment of responsibilities for projects, including scheduling and planning, procurement, submittals, change orders, RFI’s, cost tracking, progress reports and value engineering. Exposure to all of the elements of the construction helps develop a well rounded understanding of the means and methods of construction and construction oversight. These experiences will help prepare individuals for future leadership roles within the company.
