The Ft Drum Infrastructure Upgrades is a US Army Corps of Engineers design-build project. The Black Horse Group is contracted directly with the USACE and acts as the GC. The Bernier Carr Group has been contracted by Black Horse to act as the Design Engineer for the project while the Delaney Group has been contracted by Black Horse to perform the following portions of the scope:
New Gravity Sewer - 2800 LF - 24” PVC, 1200 LF, 21” PVC, and 200 LF 8” PVC, New Pressure Reducing Valves, Concrete vault, Telemetry, HVAC, Electrical, 2 -Pump Stations including; New Drywells, Wetwell, Comminutor, Pumps, Controls, Telemetry, Backup generator, HVAC, Electrical, Steel building to house controls and generator, 1000 LF of 12” PVC force main
