Major Scope and Features:

This project consists of site work for the brigade combat team (BCT) complex #1 to include water, sewer and gas distribution systems, storm drainage, construction of ponds, rock blasting, two rock bores, preparation of building pads and parking areas to include sub-base, topsoil replacement and building drip strips. A few highlights as related to the above scope of work are:

15,070 CY of topsoil striping, 43,170 CY of cut and fill operations, 40,270 CY of fill placement, 25 acres of clearing and grubbing, 19,295 CY of mass rock blasting,1,100 LF of gravity sanitary sewer, 2,500 LF of water distribution, 1,500 LF of gas lines, 2,800 LF of storm drain piping, 12,000 tons of sub-base
